Lina Colligan is a real estate entrepreneur and founding partner of RECK & Restore Legacy, a dedicated commercial real estate investment company that focuses on caring to curate quality opportunities for investors and the communities. Lina is a dynamic professional whose passion for continuous learning and exceptional attention to detail have propelled her to excel in the world of real estate investing. With a background in project management, sourcing and renovations, she brings experience in negotiations, execution, building long-lasting relationships and results.

Lina graduated from California State University of Fullerton with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a concentration in Marketing. She has over 15 years experience in driving corporate strategy and surpassing business goals. Through the combination of experience, knowledge and business partnerships, she is a joint venture partner in over 250 doors in the Midwest. She specializes in identifying and acquiring B & C class assets with a focus on implementing adding value strategy; increasing value to the asset and generate higher returns. Lina invests in the Midwest market that has a record of continuous population growth, job growth, growing business and economic environment.

Lina enjoys helping families reach their financial goals through multifamily real estate investing. She is a proud wife and mother to two boys, creating generational wealth and helping others too!
